"Discover Poland" - article
Earlier this year, the editor of Discover Poland, asked to write an article about my experience of, and feelings about Poland. Discover Poland is an English language magazine promoting Poland. I thought a better idea would be for myself and my wife Wendy to write the article because our points of view would be so different and here’s what we wrote.
There are one or two typos – not our foult.
On 17th May 2008 there was a Stairway party. We entertained our students on the Wisla on the Sobieski Ferry. The atmosphere was brilliant……as you can see from the attached photos.
On Europe Day the UJ European Studies Circle organized a Europe Tram. It ran around
Liceum Number One invited Stairway to be involved in a multilingual song competition, which was organized by the school. We were more than pleased to take part, not least because many of our students go to Number One. The competition was on 26th March 2008 at the Rotunda. We offered prizes to the winners; including the intensive courses and English dictionaries.
Placement tests - Monday to Thursday 10 am - 5 pm, Friday 10 am - 6.30 pm.
The test lasts about 50 minutes and is free. There are 3 parts:
